At Trudy's Hallmark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all original tags or Hallmark branding.

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items along with the packing slip and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
